- ARRIVAL IN PHOENIX |
You
will be met by your staff at the airport, after which your
4x4 will be rented.

2 - PHOENIX / FLAGSTAFF -191 miles |

Upon
leaving town we immediately take you into the mystery of the
Wild West with a stop at the historic Goldfield Mine.
Driving
through mountainous desert landscape you are surrounded by the
majestic Saguaro Cacti of the Sonoran Desert by Apache trail.
Soon you come to Tortilla Flat a historic stagecoach post.
The
day continues past Canyon and Apache Lakes before arriving at
the Roosevelt Lake Dam.
Drive to beautiful Sedona and its Red
Rock formations and artsy boutiques and the shops of Tlaquepaque.
Continue above scenic Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff on historic
Route 66. Evening to explore Flagstaff.

After spending
the morning in Canyonlands National Park, we take one of the
most beautiful old West roads, the White Rim Road, along the
Colorado River.
We continue driving on steep Shaffer Trail to
Long canyon before a barbecue lunch at the edge of the Colorado
River (Bring your own beef!).

Park and evening in Torrey.
