DAY 2
- San Jose / Paraiso |
|
Enter the spirit of the country right away by visiting the
biggest volcano. The culminating Volcano Irazu at 3432m is
still active. You will also cross San Rafael. taking a small
detour takes you towards Tejar and is worthwhile to the eye
to see the splendid potteries before joining Paraiso.

DAY 3
- Paraiso / Puerto Limon

A journey that will take you thru small villages and grandiose
panorama to discover the Caribbean coast.
Stay in a hotel in Puerto Limon, a small town with BIG charm, where you will
find the largest port in Costa Rica

DAY 4
- Puerto Limon / Tortuguera |

Travel
thru impressive tropical forest with your SUV to leave your wheels
behind you while you journey downwards to Tortuguera by boat
where you will spend the night at your hotel. You will be able
to take a boat to enjoy the splendor of Tortuguera., spectacular!

DAY 5
- Tortuguera / Puerto Viejo de sarapaqui

After a night of tranquility in Tortuguera park your return
boat trip will bring you back to your SUV to begin your way on
unique back roads passing the unique villages of, Rita, Guapiles,
and Las Horquetas, to Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqui your end point
for the day, in a nature lovers paradise.

DAY 6
- Viejo De Sarapiqui/Sarchi |

Day begins en route to one of the volcanoes as well known as Irazu. While
discovering the waterfalls of El Angel and La Paz, travelling on a road
with unobstructed views which leads to the Volcano Poas. Then descending
to Sarchi, a city known throughout Costa Rica for its traditional
and very colorful oxcarts. The evening is free for you to enjoy this splendid
and typical city of Costa Rica. Pura Vida!!!

DAY 7
- Sarchi / Tilaran |
Amazing roads and lanes take you to Lake Arenal passing by the
cities of Nuevo Arenal Tejona And Tilaran a typical village
where you will spend the night.
You are at liberty to enjoy the evening on your own.

DAY 8
- Tilaran / Huacas |
|
The lane will lead you to discover
the cities of Canas, Liberia, Guardia and Sardinal. You will
be able to peruse the Zoo, park and/or the beaches. The traditional
village of Huacas is the location of your hotel.

DAY 9
- Huacas / Juntas |
Take the road thru a landscape of jungle and small villages,
where you can visit the ecological museum or stroll thru the
many local potteries. Your road book will lead you to your
hotel in Juntas.

- Juntas / Puntarenas |
|
The day is set aside for you to enjoy Monte Verde Park,
suspended in the trees! Very nice! Bring your day to an end with
your arrival at Puntarenas, a paradise of relaxation and activity.

DAY 11
- Puntarenas / Quepos |
Take a magical route
along the peaceful coast of the pacific to the park of Carrara
with its diverse animal life and on to the villages of Tarcoles,
Pita and Jaco. The day will finish at Quepos, the location of
Manuel Antonio park to take in the beautiful sunset and enjoy
the beautiful beach waiting there for you.

Take local roads and lanes to return to San José, seeing
some of the nicest pottery of Costa Rica. Appreciate San Jose
before your farewell to "Pura Vida" and the night in
your resort …
